Profile:
David has worked for IEEP since 1990 and has particular expertise in relation to the various aspects of EU governance that influence the effectiveness of environment and sustainable development policies. Prior to joining IEEP, David worked at the Planning Exchange, Glasgow; and as a Senior Lecturer in Politics and Government at the University of Hertfordshire. He has been a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges since 2003.
