Profile:
Hetty rejoined the Agriculture and Land Management Programme at IEEP in January 2011 as a policy analyst after an internship with the team the previous January - March 2010. She holds an undergraduate degree in History and Spanish from the University of Manchester and more recently, an MA in Environment, Politics and Globalisation from Kings College of London in which she focused her attention on the political ecology of wine production in Catalonia, Spain.

A new study of the 2007-13 agri-environment schemes across the whole of EU-27 provides the first typology of ‘entry-level’ agri-environment management and environmental objectives, plus a detailed insight into the design of entry-level agri-environment schemes and calculation of payment rates in seven Member States.
