Towards a 7th Environment
Action Programme

What are the key priorities and objectives for future EU environmental policy? What are the instruments to achieve them?

These are some of the key questions which are being analysed in an IEEP project that seeks to inform ongoing discussions on the 7^th Environment Action Programme (7^th EAP).

The project is funded by the Danish Villum Foundation and will analyse the needs, priorities and delivery mechanisms of a 7^th EAP. A platform for policy dialogue among relevant stakeholders, including representatives from the European institutions has been established to inform and support the analysis. The project will run until December 2012 and will be developed through a series of policy papers, meetings and interviews with stakeholders.
